Akash Khurana

Mr. Akash Khurana was a Director with CBRE South Asia Pvt Ltd. wherein he was responsible for Business Development and Client Relationship Management for the firm’s Indian operations. CB Richard Ellis (www.cbre.com; NYSE: CBG) is the world’s largest and India’s leading Real Estate services firm. The only real estate services firm to feature in the Fortune 500 list, CBRE has been extensively involved across real estate and infrastructure projects on behalf of Government bodies, developers, private equity funds, infrastructure companies, hospitality chains, industrial units, and retail companies. CBRE has 7 offices and employs over 2,800 people in India. In his earlier assignment with CBRE, Mr. Khurana used to head the corporate advisory business in India and was responsible for conceptualization, strategizing, and business plan formulation for large-scale real estate projects. In this capacity, he has been extensively involved in the provision of advisory solutions across asset classes including integrated townships, core infrastructure, industrial products & Special Economic Zones, residential developments, hospitality products, retail, and commercial office sector markets across India, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Some of the large-scale assignments he has been involved in include Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Mundra SEZ, Hyderabad Airport, Crossings Township, Industrial City at Abu Dhabi, Integrated Industrial Township in Borg-al-Arab (Egypt), Kona Logistics Park, and Dankuni Township amongst several other initiatives. Mr. Khurana is an MBA from the International Management Institute (Delhi) with a dual specialization in Finance and Marketing.
