Rohit Gera, a third-generation entrepreneur is a dynamic business leader and a prominent real estate developer. Rohit has completed the Advanced Management Programme in Real Estate from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and has a Bachelor of Science Degree (double major in Building Construction and Project Management and Economics) from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Rohit has been involved in Gera Developments in various capacities for the last over two decades before taking over as Managing director in 2011. He has played a significant role in corporatising the family-run business. By integerating technology with innovation into his product offerings, he has made a mark through landmark projects.
