Signature Global Group has achieved a record pre-sale of Rs 3600 crore within a few days of the launch of its new luxury project in Gurgaon. The project- Deluxe DXP, is located in Sector 37D Dwarka Expressway .
Spread over more than 16 acres, the housing project has over 1000 units and the total developable area is 28.12 lakh square feet. The construction work has already started following the award of Rs 1144 crore construction work contract to Ahluwalia Contracts. Signature Global which reported a total income of 427.98 crore in April -June quarter of fiscal year 2024-25, has a pipeline of 32.2 million square feet of saleable area in the forthcoming projects.
